Our technical team has highly specialized training to carry out precise calibrations on your laboratory equipment and materials. We offer calibration services in key areas such as Temperature, Mass and Pressure.
Additionally, we are proud to be certified by Perry Johnson and Associated Metrologists, providing accreditation that validates technical competence and reliability to testing, calibration and clinical laboratories. This certification extends to inspection units, proficiency testing providers, producers of reference materials and certification bodies.
Temperature Calibration
Calibration of any device used in a system that measures temperature. Mainly, it means the temperature sensor, which is usually a platinum resistance thermometer, thermistor or thermocouple. Calibration of thermometers is typically done by placing them in a stable temperature environment and comparing their output to a calibrated reference thermometer.
Mass Calibration
Calibration consists of comparing the values indicated by the instrument to be calibrated with the values of the standard masses used, under specified conditions and with a defined method, which takes into account the influence of different factors that affect the reading of the equipment to be calibrated. Calibration is carried out in a controlled and documented manner.
Pressure Calibration
The outputs of the devices are compared at one or more pressures, typically from the lowest to the highest readings of the full scale range of the device under test, or the range for which it is normally used. Pressure measuring device, or with a pressure measuring standard.
Perry Johnson Certifications
Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA) is an accreditation body with a team of experts and technical auditors. PJLA technical auditors have years of experience in the fields of testing and calibration. They have taken training in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 as well as relevant training including Uncertain Measurements. PJLA has carefully selected its auditors to conduct ISO/IEC 17025 services taking into account their extensive work experience in testing or calibration and years of experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2005 assessment practices.
It is a fully recognized accreditation body by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) for our accreditation services.
